Keith has an understanding of the Engineering and Construction phase of a project, because his international and domestic experience with all facets of heavy industry. His 35 years of experience in the consulting and construction field helps the client understand the methodology of putting a project together and the follow through necessary to successfully complete a complex project. He has been a part of many projects for a whole litany of clients from Fortune 100 to local start ups and helps bring his knowledge and “can do” attitude to all of them.
Keith has found that through the many projects that he has been involved with, that being pro-active is the key to helping the client through the maze of complex projects. Whether it is an Engineering or Construction project, pro-active management creates an effective and efficient team. “I have found that with a pro-active management team, risk is mastered and kept in check during the life of a project”.

Kent’s belief is that “you must first gain the trust of your clients before you can form a working relationship”. With well over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industries, he has earned long lasting relationships and respect from both his clients and employees.
Kent brings to the table a resume that pulls together experience from working both internationally and domestically. He has been involved in projects that cross boundaries from Heavy Industrial and Commercial projects, to Environmental and Risk Management projects. Kent’s approach has always been that large or small projects require a team that can manage risk, “one must be pro-active when representing clients.”
His approach to business has always been to provide the clients with the best possible service and an end-product that works. Through the years, our services have greatly expanded but our philosophy remains the same, “Respect your Clients and you will in turn be respected. “
Kent is a native of Southern Indiana and attended The University of Southern Indiana and Vincennes University with a BS degree. He has published several papers on distillation using Microwave Technology and holds several patents. His management experience runs the gamut from working overseas in the Petrol-Chemical and Refinery industry to controlling work and contracts throughout the Northern Hemisphere. “Large or small all projects require a team that can manage risk, without this pro-active approach, due-diligence cannot be achieved.”
